1. 대회 정보
• 대회명 : 2025 Asia-Pacific U16 Lacrosse Championship
• 일자 : 2025.08.27. ~ 2025.08.31.
• 대회장소 : 대한민국 제주특별자치도 서귀포시 공천포전지훈련센터
• 참가국 : 호주, 중국, 홍콩, 대만, 대한민국
2. 채용 분야 및 근무 형태
• 근무지: 국가대표 훈련지 등
• 모집기간: 2025.05.12. ~ 2025.05.25.
• 계약기간: 기술위원회(이하 기술위) 선발승인일로부터 대회 종료일(2025년 9월)까지
• 임기 종료 후 기술위 평가를 통해 연임 가능하며 임기 중 기술위 판단 하. 감독으로 부적합하다고 판단될 경우 중도 해임될 수 있음
3. 요구 사항 (Requirements)
• 한국 16세이하 국가대표팀 코칭 및 훈련 프로그램 운영
• 선수단의 체력, 기술, 전략 향상 목표 설정 및 실행
• 국제대회 대비 전략 수립 및 팀 전술 준비
※ 합의 후 조정
4. 자격 요건(Qualifications)
• 라크로스 선수 경력 5년 이상, 코치 경력 최소 3년 이상
• 한국 라크로스 발전과 프로그램 제안 및 실행에 열정을 가진 분
• 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어난 분
• 남자 국가대표팀(성인 혹은 U20) 선수 또는 코치 경험 우대
• 여자 국가대표팀(성인 혹은 U20) 코치 경험 우대
• 영어 가능자 우대

Korea Lacrosse Association U16 National Team Head Coach Recruitment Notice (Men’s/Women’s)
The Korea Lacrosse Association (KLA) is committed to the sustainable growth of lacrosse in Korea and enhancing its global competitiveness. We are now recruiting passionate and competent head coaches to lead Korea’s U16 Men’s and Women’s National Teams toward growth and success on the international stage. Through this opportunity, we seek leaders who will help shape the future of Korean lacrosse and lay the foundation for our leap onto the world stage.
1. Tournament Information
Tournament Name: 2025 Asia-Pacific U16 Lacrosse Championship
Dates: August 27 – August 31, 2025
Location: Gongcheonpo Training Center, Seogwipo-si, Jeju, Republic of Korea
Participating Nations: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, Republic of Korea
2. Position & Contract Details
Location: National team training sites (as designated)
Application Period: May 12 – May 25, 2025
Contract Duration: From the date of approval by the Technical Committee until September, 2025
Note:
Reappointment may be considered based on evaluation by the Technical Committee after the term ends.
The appointment may be terminated mid-term if deemed unsuitable by the Technical Committee.
3. Responsibilities
Must be available to visit Korea at least once a month for approximately one week (for overseas applicants)
Lead coaching and training programs for Korea’s U16 National Teams
Set goals and execute plans for athletes’ physical fitness, technical skills, and tactical development
Establish strategies and team tactics for international competitions
Details may be adjusted upon mutual agreement.
4. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of playing experience in lacrosse and at least 5 years of coaching experience
Passionate about contributing to the development of Korean lacrosse and implementing structured programs
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a player or coach for the Japanese Men’s National Team (Senior or U20)
Experience as a coach for the Japanese Women’s National Team (Senior or U20)
Proficiency in English is preferred
