제 1 장 총칙 / Chapter 1: General Provisions

제 1 조 목적 / Purpose

- 이 약관은 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지와 멤버십 페이지에서 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차 등 기본적인 사항과 그 외 제반사항에 관한 정의를 목적으로 합니다.

- The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the basic conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the Korea Lacrosse Association website and membership page, as well as to set forth other related provisions.

제 2 조 약관의 효력 및 변경 / Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms

① 이 약관은 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 공시 또는 서비스를 통하여 이를 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

① These terms and conditions take effect upon being posted online on the Korea Lacrosse Association website or through a service notice.

② 한국라크로스협회는 이 약관의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 제1장 제2조 1항과 같은 방법으로 고지 또는 통지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

② The Korea Lacrosse Association may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms will take effect by being notified or posted in the same manner as stipulated in Article 2(1) of this chapter.

③ 이 약관에 동의하는 것은 약관 변경사항을 확인하는 것에 동의함을 의미하며, 변경된 약관에 대한 정보를 알지 못해발생하는 회원의 피해는 한국라크로스협회에서 책임지지 않습니다.

③ Agreeing to these terms implies consent to check for changes. The Korea Lacrosse Association is not responsible for any damages caused to members who are unaware of such changes.

④ 이 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우, 홈페이지 및 멤버십 가입이 되지 않을 수 있으며, 변경된 약관에 이의제기를 하지 않고 서비스를 계속 사용할 경우, 약관의 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

④ If a user does not agree to these terms, they may not be able to register for the website or membership. If they continue to use the service without raising objections after changes, it is considered as agreement to the changes.

제 3 조 약관 이외의 준칙 / Rules Outside of the Terms

- 이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 관계법령에 따라 적용할 수 있습니다.

- Matters not specified in these terms and conditions may be governed by relevant laws.

제 4 조 용어의 정의 / Definitions

① 사이트 : 한국라크로스협회에서 운영하는 모든 웹사이트를 의미합니다.

① Site: Refers to all websites operated by the Korea Lacrosse Association.

② 멤버십서비스 : 한국라크로스협회가 회원에게 제공하는 멤버십 서비스 일체를 의미합니다.

② Membership Service: Refers to all membership services provided by the Korea Lacrosse Association to members.

③ 이용계약 : 한국라크로스협회의 홈페이지 및 멤버십 이용을 원하는 이용자가 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에 가입신청시 한국라크로스협회가 승낙함으로써 이뤄지는 한국라크로스협회와 회원 상호(계약 당사자) 간 계약을 의미합니다.

③ User Agreement: Refers to the contract between the Korea Lacrosse Association and the member established when the user applies to join the Korea Lacrosse Association website and the association accepts the application.

④ 회원 : 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에서 회원정보를 정상적으로 입력 후 가입한 이용자를 의미하며, 홈페이지 가입은완료하였으나  멤버십 가입을 하지 않은 회원과 멤버십 서비스를 이용하기 위해 비용을 결제하여 멤버십 서비스 이용이가능한 멤버십 회원(성인, 유스)으로 구분됩니다.

④ Member: Refers to a user who has successfully registered on the Korea Lacrosse Association website. Members who have paid for membership services are categorized as either Senior, Youth members.

⑤ 회원아이디(ID) : 회원의 식별과 서비스 이용을 위해 회원이 정하고 한국라크로스협회가 승인하는 문자와 숫자의 조합을 의미합니다.

⑤ Member ID: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Korea Lacrosse Association to identify and enable the use of services.

⑥ 비밀번호 : 회원이 부여 받은 회원아이디(ID)와 일치된 회원임을 확인하고, 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 회원이정한 문자와 숫자의 조합을 의미합니다.

⑥ Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the member to confirm their identity and protect their personal information.

제 2 장 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 이용계약 / Chapter 2: Website and Membership Service User Agreement

제 1 조 이용계약의 성립 / Establishment of the User Agreement

① 회원 가입단계에서 이용약관, 개인정보 처리방침에 모두 동의하면, 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지의 이용약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

① The user agreement is considered agreed upon if the user accepts the terms and conditions and the privacy policy during the membership registration process.

② 이용계약은 서비스 이용희망자의 이용약관 동의 후 신청에 대하여 한국라크로스협회가 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.

② The user agreement is established when the Korea Lacrosse Association accepts the user's application after they agree to the terms and conditions.

제 2 조 이용신청 / Application for Use

① 본 서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지 및 멤버십 가입 화면에서 요구하는 가입신청 양식에 맞춰 모든 회원정보를 입력하여 신청해야 합니다.

① To use the services, users must fill in all required membership information on the Korea Lacrosse Association website and membership registration page.

② 한국라크로스협회는 이 약관의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 제1장 제2조 1항과 같은 방법으로 고지 또는 통지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

② The Korea Lacrosse Association may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the amended terms will take effect upon notification or announcement in the same manner as stipulated in Chapter 1, Article 2, Paragraph 1.

③ 가입신청 양식에 기재하는 모든 회원정보는 모두 실제 데이터인 것으로 간주됩니다. 실명이나 실제 정보를 입력하지않은 경우, 법적인 보호를 받을 수 없으며, 서비스의 제한을 받을 수 있습니다.

③ All membership information entered on the application form is assumed to be accurate. Users who do not enter their real name or actual information may not receive legal protection and may face service restrictions.

제 3 조 이용신청의 승낙 / Approval of Application for Use

① 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지 및 멤버십 이용약관 제 2장 제 2조에 의거, 회원가입 시 제 2장 제 3조 2항의 경우, 홈페이지 이용신청을 제한합니다.

① The Korea Lacrosse Association may restrict or delay approval if there are technical difficulties or if deemed necessary.

② 한국라크로스협회는 다음에 해당하는 경우, 그 신청에 대한 승낙을 하지 않거나 제한사유가 해소될 때까지 승낙을 유보할 수 있습니다.

가. 한국라크로스협회의 서비스 제공 관련 기술상 지장이 있는 경우

나. 기타 한국라크로스협회가 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 

② Approval may be withheld or delayed for any of the following reasons

  a. If there are technical issues related to providing the services.

  b. If deemed necessary by the Korea Lacrosse Association.

제 4 조 회원정보의 변경 등 / Changes to Member Information

① 회원은 이용신청 시 입력한 회원정보가 변경되었을 경우, 반드시 본인이 수정을 해야 하며, 미 변경으로 인하여 야기되는 모든 문제의 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.

① Members must update their information if there are any changes after registration. Members are responsible for any issues caused by not updating their information.

② 회원정보의 관리책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 이를 소홀히 관리하여 발생하는 서비스 이용 상의 손해 또는 제3자에 의한 부정이용 등에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 한국라크로스협회는 이에 대한 책임이 없습니다.

② Members are responsible for managing their information. The Korea Lacrosse Association is not responsible for any damages or unauthorized use of services resulting from negligence in managing this information.

③ 회원정보 변경 관련 기준은 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에 고지한 ‘홈페이지 및 멤버십 이용약관’에 따릅니다.

③ Standards related to changes in member information are subject to the 'Website and Membership Terms of Use' as posted on the Korea Lacrosse Association website.

제 3 장 계약 당사자의 의무 / Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties

제 1 조 한국라크로스협회의 의무 / Obligations of the KLA

① 한국라크로스협회는 홈페이지 및 멤버십 서비스 제공과 관련하여 취득한 회원의 개인정보를, 회원 본인의 사전 승낙없이 타인에게 공개 또는 배포할 수 없습니다. 단, 하기 내용에 해당하는 경우, 예외로 간주됩니다.

가. 전기통신기본법 등 법률의 규정에 의해 국가기관의 요청이 있는 경우

나. 범죄에 대한 수사상의 목적이 있거나 정보통신윤리위원회의 요청이 있는 경우

다. 기타 관계법령에서 정한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우

라. 회원이 소속된 회사 및 단체와의 서비스 제공 협약에 의거, 소속 임직원의 정보제공을 서면 등으로 요청할 경우

① The Korea Lacrosse Association shall not disclose or distribute a member’s personal information obtained in connection with providing the website and membership services to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases.

a. When there is a request from a state institution based on laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act.

b. When there is a request for investigative purposes related to a crime or at the request of the Information and Communications Ethics Committee.

c. When there is a request in accordance with other related laws.

d. When the member’s affiliated company or organization requests the provision of information in writing, based on a service provision agreement with the Korea Lacrosse Association.

② 제 2장 제 1조의 범위 내에서, 한국라크로스협회는 업무와 관련하여 회원 전체 또는 일부의 개인 정보에 관한 통계자료를 작성하여 이를 사용할 수 있습니다.

② Within the scope of Article 1 of Chapter 2, the Korea Lacrosse Association may create and use statistical data on the personal information of all or some members in connection with its business.

③ 개인정보보호 관련 사항은 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에 고지한 ‘개인정보처리방침’에 따릅니다.

③ Matters related to the protection of personal information are governed by the ‘Privacy Policy’ posted on the Korea Lacrosse Association website.

제 2 조 회원의 의무 / Obligations of Members

① 회원아이디(ID)와 비밀번호에 대한 모든 관리 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

  가. 회원에게 부여된 회원아이디(ID)와 비밀번호의 관리소홀, 부정사용에 의해 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 전적인 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

나. 회원아이디(ID)가 부정하게 사용된 경우, 또는 기타 보안 위반 인지 시 회원은 반드시 한국라크로스협회로 그 사실을 통보해야 합니다.

① Members are responsible for managing their Member ID and password.

  a. Members are fully responsible for any results arising from the negligence of managing their Member ID and password or from unauthorized use.

  b. If a Member ID is used fraudulently, or if any other security breach is detected, the member must immediately notify the Korea Lacrosse Association.

② 회원은 서비스 이용 시 하기에 기재된 행위를 하지 않아야 하며, 의무 불이행 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

가. 허위 또는 타인의 정보를 등록하여 서비스를 부정하게 이용하는 행위

나. 서비스에서 얻은 정보를 한국라크로스협회의 사전승낙 없이 복제하거나 이를 변경, 출판 및 방송 등에 사용하거나타인에게 제공하는 행위

다. 한국라크로스협회의 저작권, 타인의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 행위

라. 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집 및 저장하는 행위

마. 기타 관계법령에 위배되는 행위

② Members must refrain from the following actions when using the service. Failure to do so may result in service restrictions

a. Registering false information or using someone else's information to use the service fraudulently.

b. Copying or modifying information obtained from the service without the Korea Lacrosse Association’s prior consent, or using it for publication, broadcasting, or providing it to third parties.

c. Infringing on the copyrights or other rights of the Korea Lacrosse Association or others.

d. Collecting or storing personal information of others without permission.

e. Engaging in activities that violate other relevant laws.

③ 회원은 관계법령 및 이 약관에서 규정하는 사항과 한국라크로스협회가 정한 제반 규정을 준수해야 하며, 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에 고지한 ‘홈페이지 및 멤버십 이용약관’을 준수해야 합니다.

③ Members must comply with the relevant laws, these terms and conditions, and the rules set by the Korea Lacrosse Association as posted on the website.

④ 회원은 한국라크로스협회의 사전승낙 없이 서비스를 이용하여 어떠한 영리행위도 할 수 없습니다. 영리행위를 통해 한국라크로스협회가 손해를 입은 경우, 회원은 한국라크로스협회에게 손해배상 의무를 지며, 한국라크로스협회는 해당 회원의 서비스 이용제한 및 적법한 절차를 걸쳐 손해배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.

④ Members may not engage in any for-profit activities using the service without the Korea Lacrosse Association’s prior consent. If the Korea Lacrosse Association suffers damages due to such for-profit activities, the member is liable for damages, and the Korea Lacrosse Association may restrict the member's use of the service and claim compensation through legal procedures.

제 4 장 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 제공 및 이용

Chapter 4: Provision and Use of Website and Membership Services

제 1조 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스의 제공 / Provision of Website and Membership Services

① 한국라크로스협회는 하기와 같이 홈페이지 및 멤버십 서비스를 제공합니다.

가. 홈페이지 및 멤버십 혜택을 회원이 누릴 수 있도록 서비스 제공

나. 회원이 홈페이지 및  멤버십 페이지를 원활하게 이용할 수 있도록 제반 서비스 제공

① The Korea Lacrosse Association provides the following website and membership services

a. Services that allow members to enjoy website and membership benefits.

b. Various services that enable members to use the website and membership page smoothly.

제 2 조 정보의 제공 / Provision of Information

① 한국라크로스협회는 회원의 서비스 이용 중 필요가 있다고 판단되는 다양한 정보를 전자메일 등의 방법으로 회원이원할 시 회원에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

① The Korea Lacrosse Association may provide various information deemed necessary for service use to members via email or other means.

제 3조 멤버십서비스 이용시간 / Membership Service Hours

① 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스는 한국라크로스협회의 업무상 또는 기술상의 장애 또는 기타 특별한 사유가 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 운영됩니다. 단, 시스템의 점검 또는 장애, 서비스 이용의 폭주 등 불가항력으로 인해서비스 이용에 지장이 있는 경우, 예외적으로 서비스 이용의 전부 또는 일부가 제한될 수 있습니다.

① The Korea Lacrosse Association website and membership services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, barring any technical or operational issues. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances, such as system maintenance or service disruptions, service use may be partially or fully restricted.

② 한국라크로스협회는 회원에게 제공하는 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 중 일부에 대한 서비스 이용시간을 별도로 정할수 있으며, 이 경우, 그 이용시간을 사전에 회원에게 공지 또는 통지 합니다. 

② The Korea Lacrosse Association may separately designate service hours for certain parts of the website and membership services, and these hours will be notified to members in advance.

제 4 조 멤버십서비스 일시정지 및 해지 / Suspension or Termination of Membership Services

① 멤버십서비스 이용과 관련한 모든 변경 신청은 회원이 직접 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지 등에서 신청해야 하며, 관련 제반사항은 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지에 고지한 ‘멤버십규정’에 따릅니다.

① Any changes related to the use of membership services must be requested directly by the member through the Korea Lacrosse Association membership page, and related matters are governed by the 'Membership Regulations' posted on the Korea Lacrosse Association membership page.

제 5 조 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 제한 및 정지 / Restriction or Suspension of Website and Membership Services

① 한국라크로스협회는 전시, 사변, 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 국가비상사태가 발생하거나 발생할 우려가 있는 경우와전기통신사업법에 의한 기간통신 사업자가 전기통신 서비스를 중지하는 등 기타 불가항력적 사유가 있는 경우, 서비스의전부 또는 일부를 제한하거나 정지할 수 있습니다.

① The Korea Lacrosse Association may restrict or suspend all or part of the services in the event of war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or other national emergencies, as well as in cases of unavoidable circumstances such as the cessation of telecommunications services by the relevant telecommunication service provider under the Telecommunications Business Act.

제 5 장 기타 / Chapter 5: Miscellaneous

제 1 조 계약해지 및 이용제한 / Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use

① 회원이 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지에 고지한 ‘멤버십규정’을 준수하지 않거나 이행, 동의하지 않을 경우 또는하기 내용에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 경우, 한국라크로스협회는 회원에게 사전 통지 없이 계약을 해지하거나 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

가. 타인의 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지 회원아이디(ID) 및 비밀번호를 도용하거나, 타인의 멤버십을 통해 제휴 서비스를 이용할 경우

나. 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 운영을 고의로 방해한 경우 및 제휴시설 운영규정을 위반할 경우

다. 회원이 국익 또는 사회적 공익을 저해할 목적으로 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 이용을 계획 또는 실행하는 경우

라. 타인의 명예를 손상시키거나 불이익을 주는 행위를 한 경우

마. 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해할 목적으로, 다량의 정보를 전송하거나 광고성 정보를 전송한 경우

바. 정보통신설비의 오작동이나 정보 등의 파괴를 유발시키는 컴퓨터 바이러스프로그램 등을 유포하는 경우

사. 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 회원 또는 타인의 지적재산권을 침해하는 경우

아. 정보통신윤리위원회 등 외부기관의 시정요구가 있거나 불법선거 운동과 관련하여 선거관리위원회의 유권해석을 받은 경우

자. 한국라크로스협회의 서비스 정보를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 한국라크로스협회의 사전승낙 없이 복제 또는 유통시키거나 상업적으로 이용하는 경우

차. 이 약관을 포함하여 기타 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에 고지한 ‘홈페이지 및 멤버십 이용약관’ 및 관계법령을 위반한 경우

① If a member does not comply with the ‘Membership Regulations’ posted on the Korea Lacrosse Association membership page, or if they fail to agree to or violate the terms, the Korea Lacrosse Association may terminate the contract or restrict the use of the service without prior notice.

a. If a member uses another person's Member ID or password or uses partner facilities through another person’s membership.

b. If a member intentionally interferes with the operation of the website or membership services or violates the operation rules of the partner facilities.

c. If a member plans or executes the use of the website or membership services for purposes that harm national interests or public welfare.

d. If a member damages the reputation of others or causes harm to others.

e. If a member sends large amounts of information or advertising messages for the purpose of disrupting the stable operation of the service.

f. If a member distributes computer viruses or programs that cause malfunctions or destroy information and communication facilities.

g. If a member infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Korea Lacrosse Association membership or others.

h. If an external organization such as the Information and Communications Ethics Committee requests correction, or if there is a ruling from the Election Commission related to illegal election campaigns.

i. If a member uses the information obtained from the Korea Lacrosse Association’s services for commercial purposes without prior consent.

j. If a member violates other relevant laws or the ‘Website and Membership Terms of Use’ posted on the Korea Lacrosse Association website.

제 2 조 손해배상 / Liability for Damages

① 회원 본인의 약관 동의 후 약관에 명시된 멤버십서비스 이용과 관련하여 회원에게 발생한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 한국라크로스협회는 책임이 없습니다.

① The Korea Lacrosse Association is not responsible for any damages incurred by the member in connection with the use of the membership services as specified in the terms and conditions after the member's agreement.

제 3 조 한국라크로스협회 면책조항 / Disclaimer of Korea Lacrosse Association

① 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우, 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.

① In the event that the website and membership services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the Korea Lacrosse Association is exempt from responsibility for providing these services.

② 회원의 귀책사유로 인하여 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스 이용의 장애가 발생한 경우, 책임이 면제됩니다.

② The Korea Lacrosse Association is exempt from responsibility if the member experiences service disruptions due to their own fault.

③ 회원이 한국라크로스협회에서 제공하는 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스로부터 발생되는 기대이익을 얻지 못하였거나 서비스 자료에 대한 취사선택으로 발생하는 손해에 대해서는 책임이 면제됩니다.

③ The Korea Lacrosse Association is exempt from responsibility for any damages resulting from the member’s failure to obtain expected benefits from the services provided or from the selection of service data.

④ 회원이 홈페이지 및 멤버십서비스에 게재한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도, 정확성 등 그 내용에 관하여는 책임이 면제됩니다.

④ The Korea Lacrosse Association is exempt from responsibility for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, materials, or facts posted by the member on the website and membership services.

제 4 조 분쟁해결 / Dispute Resolution

① 한국라크로스협회는 회원이 제기하는 의견을 수렴하고 불만을 처리하기 위해 ‘Contact us’를 운영하며, 운영기준에따라 처리됩니다.

① The Korea Lacrosse Association operates a 'Contact Us' to collect and process members' opinions and complaints, which will be handled according to the operating standards.

② 이 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 한국라크로스협회 홈페이지에 고지한 ‘홈페이지 및 멤버십 이용약관’ 및 관계법령과상관례에 따릅니다.

② Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the 'Website and Membership Terms of Use' posted on the Korea Lacrosse Association website, relevant laws, and customary practices.

이 약관은 2024년 3월 1일 부터 적용됩니다.

These terms and conditions are effective from March 1, 2024.

• 한국라크로스협회의 개인정보 처리방침은 [정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률] 상의개인정보 보호규정 및 정보통신부가 제정한 [개인정보 보호지침]을 준수하고 있으며, 개인정보처리방침을 수립 및 공개하여 회원이 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있고 또한개인정보 보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 알려드립니다.
• The Korea Lacrosse Association’s Privacy Policy adheres to the Personal Information Protection Regulations under the [Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.] and the [Guidelines for Personal Information Protection] established by the Ministry of Information and Communication. This Privacy Policy outlines how members' personal information is used and the measures taken to protect it.
  
• 한국라크로스협회는 개인정보 처리방침을 홈페이지 첫 화면 하단에 공개함으로써 회원이 언제나 용이하게 보실 수 있도록 조치하고 있습니다.
• The Privacy Policy is published on the homepage so that members can easily access it at any time.
  
• 한국라크로스협회는 개인정보 처리방침의 지속적인 개선을 위하여 개인정보 처리방침을 개정하는데 필요한 절차를 정하고 있습니다. 그리고 개인정보 처리방침을 개정하는 경우 개정된 사항을 회원이 쉽게 알아볼 수 있도록 게시하고 있습니다.
• The Korea Lacrosse Association follows a defined procedure for revising the Privacy Policy to ensure continuous improvement. Any changes to the Privacy Policy are made easily noticeable for members.
  

제1조(개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적) / Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

1. 한국라크로스협회는 수집한 회원의 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 처리합니다.

1. The Korea Lacrosse Association processes the personal information collected from members for the following purposes.

a. 서비스 제공에 관한 계약

 - 경기참가, 대회참가, 각종 증명서 발급, 기록 조회, 참가비 및 멤버십 결제, stat 기록 등의 제반 비용납부 지원 등의서비스 제공에 관련한 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

a. Service Provision Contracts: Processing personal information for services such as participation in games, issuing certificates, retrieving records, processing payments for participation fees and memberships, and other related services.

b.  홈페이지 회원 가입 및 관리

- 회원 가입 의사 확인, 회원제 서비스 제공에 따른 본인 식별.인증, 회원자격 유지.관리, 제한적 본인확인제 시행에따른 본인확인, 서비스 부정 이용 방지, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보처리시 법정대리인의 동의 여부 확인, 각종고지.통지, 고충 처리 등을 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

b. Membership Registration and Management: Confirming membership intention, identifying members for member-exclusive services, maintaining and managing member status, implementing identity verification for restricted identity verification systems, preventing fraudulent use, verifying legal guardian consent for processing the personal information of children under 14, issuing notifications, and handling grievances.

제2조(수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집방법) / Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

1. 한국라크로스협회는 회원가입, 서비스 신청, 개인 stat 페이지, 기부 등을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

제3조(개인정보의 보유기간) / Retention Period of Personal Information

1. 한국라크로스협회는 회원에게 제공받은 개인정보를 일정기간 동안 보유하며, 보유기간이 지난 회원정보는 즉시파기됩니다. 단, 관련 법령의 규정에 의하여 거래 관련 관리 의무 관계의 확인 등을 이유로 일정기간 보유하여야 할필요가 있을 경우, 아래와 같이 일정기간 보유합니다.

1. The Korea Lacrosse Association retains personal information for a specified period, after which it is immediately destroyed. However, if necessary for verifying the fulfillment of transaction-related obligations as required by law, the information may be retained for the following periods

a. 홈페이지 회원 가입 및 관리: 사업자/단체 홈페이지 탈퇴시까지

b. 재화 또는 서비스 제공: 재화, 서비스 공급완료 및 요금결제, 정산 완료시까지

b. Provision of Goods or Services: Until the supply of goods/services and settlement of payments are completed.

[전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률]에 따른 거래에 관한 기록

1) 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록 : 5년

2) 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록 : 5년

3) 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 : 3년

Records related to transactions as per the [Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.]

1) Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years.

2) Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years.

3) Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolutions: 3 years.

c. 상기 사유 외 아래 사유에 해당하는 경우, 해당 사유 종료 시 까지는 개인정보가 보유될 수 있습니다.

c. Other Retention Reasons

1) 관계법령 위반에 따른 수사/조사 등이 진행중인 경우, 해당 수사/조사 종료 시까지 보유

2) 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 이용에 따른 채권채무관계 잔존 시 해당 채권채무관계 정산 시까지 보유

d. 단, 한국라크로스협회 멤버십규정 또는 이용약관의 위반 및 미동의 등의 사유로 멤버십이 해지될 경우, 추후 멤버십 재가입 제한을 목적으로 이름, 생년월일, 휴대폰번호가 해지일로부터 20년간 보유될 수 있으며, 타 용도를 목적으로는활용되지 않습니다. 또한 이는, 홈페이지 가입 당시 회원이 직접 동의한 사항입니다.

d. Membership Termination: If a member's membership is terminated due to a violation of the membership regulations or terms and conditions, their name, date of birth, and mobile phone number may be retained for 20 years for the purpose of restricting re-registration. This information will not be used for any other purpose. This is agreed upon by the member at the time of website registration.

제4조(개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법) / Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

1. 한국라크로스협회는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이파기하며, 파기절차 및 방법은 아래와 같습니다.

1. The Korea Lacrosse Association promptly destroys personal information after the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.

2. 파기절차

회원이 서비스 이용 등을 위해 입력한 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다. 회원 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우 외 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.

2. Destruction Procedure: Information entered by members for service use is stored for a certain period based on internal policies and other related laws, after which it is destroyed. Personal information is not used for any purpose other than what is specified by law.

3. 파기방법

전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제하며, 종이에 출력된개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기합니다.

3. Destruction Methods: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the recovery of the data. Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.

제5조(개인정보의 공유) / Sharing of Personal Information

1. 한국라크로스협회는 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 개인정보 보호법 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다. 다만 다음에 해당하는 경우 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공합니다.

a. 회원 본인이 공개 및 공유를 동의한 경우

b. 법령과 규정 또는 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

제6조(개인정보처리의 위탁) / Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

 1. 한국라크로스협회는 원활한 개인정보 업무처리를 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.

   - 위탁받는 자(수탁자): 토스페이먼츠

   - 위탁하는 업무의 내용: 결제 및 에스크로 업무

 1. The Korea Lacrosse Association outsources personal information processing tasks as follows to facilitate smooth processing:

• Outsourced Company (Trustee): Toss payments
• Outsourced Tasks: Payment and escrow services.

2. 협회는 위탁계약 체결 시 개인정보 보호법 제25조에 따라 위탁업무 수행목적 외 개인정보 처리금지, 기술적.관리적 보호조치, 재위탁 제한, 수탁자에 대한 관리.감독, 손해배상 등 책임에 관한 사항을 계약서 등 문서에 명시하고, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지를 감독하고 있습니다.

2. When signing an outsourcing contract, the association specifies in writing the obligations regarding the prohibition of processing personal information for purposes other than performing the outsourced tasks, technical and managerial protection measures, restrictions on re-outsourcing, management, and supervision of the trustee, and liability for damages as per the [Personal Information Protection Act]. The association supervises the trustee to ensure safe processing of personal information.
  3. 위탁업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경될 경우에는 지체없이 본 개인정보 처리방침을 통하여 공개하도록 하겠습니다.

3. Any changes to the contents of the outsourced tasks or trustee will be immediately disclosed through this Privacy Policy.

제7조(회원의 권리와 의무 및 행사방법) / Rights and Responsibilities of Members and How to Exercise Them

1. 회원은 한국라크로스협회에게 아래와 같은 개인정보보호 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

2. 회원은 회원 본인의 개인정보 및 개인정보 수집, 이용, 제공 등의 동의에 대한 철회, 열람, 정정 등의 요청을 이메일 발송등을 통해 하실 수 있으며, 요청 시 한국라크로스협회는 즉시 조치하겠습니다.

2. Members may withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and provision of their personal information, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information via email. The Korea Lacrosse Association will take immediate action upon request.

3. 회원이 개인정보 오류 등에 대한 정정 또는 삭제를 요구한 경우, 한국라크로스협회는 정정 또는 삭제를 완료할 때까지당해개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 허위정보를 입력할 경우 회원자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

3. If a member requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, the association will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is complete. Providing false information may result in the revocation of membership.

4. 회원은 정보통신망법, 개인정보보호법 등 관계법령을 위반하여 한국라크로스협회가 처리하고 있는 회원본인이나 타인의개인정보 및 사생활을 침해하여서는 안됩니다. 회원의 개인정보를 최신의 상태로 정확하게 입력하여불의의 사고를 예방해주시기 바랍니다. 회원이 입력한 부정확한 정보로 인해 발생하는 사고의 책임은 회원 본인에게 있으며, 타인 정보의 도용 등허위정보를 입력할 경우 회원자격이 박탈될 수 있습니다.

4. Members must not violate the [Information and Communications Network Act], the [Personal Information Protection Act], or other related laws by infringing upon the personal information or privacy of others handled by the Korea Lacrosse Association. Members should input accurate personal information to prevent accidents. Members are responsible for any accidents caused by inaccurate information they provide, and providing false information or using someone else's information may result in revocation of membership.

제8조(개인정보의 안전성 확보조치) / Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

 1. 한국라크로스협회는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 하고 있습니다.

 a. 관리적 조치: 내부관리계획 수립 및 시행, 정기적 직원 교육 등

 b. 기술적 조치: 개인정보처리시스템 등의 접근 권한 관리, 접근통제시스템 설치, 고유 식별정보 등의 암호화, 보안프로그램 설치

이 개인정보 처리방침은 2024.3.1부터 적용됩니다.

회원은 개인정보를 보호받을 권리와 함께 스스로를 보호하고 타인의 정보를 침해하지 않을 의무도 가지고 있습니다. 

비밀번호를 포함한 회원의 개인정보가 유출되지 않도록 조심하시고 게시물을 포함한 타인의 개인정보를훼손하지 않도록 유의해 주십시오. 

만약 이 같은 책임을 다하지 못하고 타인의 정보 및 존엄성을 훼손할 시에는 [정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률]등에 의해 처벌받을 수 있습니다.

<Korea Lacrosse Association Membership Regulations>

1. 운영목적 / Purpose of Operation

 가. 라크로스 선수 및 역할에 따른 체계적인 관리 및 지원을 위한 멤버십 서비스 제공으로, 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 회원분들께 더 나은 라크로스 환경과 문화를 제공하기 위함을 목적으로 운영되고 있습니다.

  a. The membership service is provided to offer systematic management and support for lacrosse players and their roles, aiming to create a better lacrosse environment and culture for Korea Lacrosse Association members.

2. 회원자격 및 박탈 / Membership Eligibility and Revocation

 가. 한국라크로스협회가 주관하는 라크로스 대회를 뛰고 싶은 선수들과 이외에 한국라크로스협회의 멤버십 가입을 원하는 사람들은 회원가입 가능합니다.

 a. Players who wish to participate in lacrosse tournaments organized by the Korea Lacrosse Association, as well as individuals who wish to join the association’s membership, are eligible to become members. 

 나. 아래 각 사유에 해당하는 경우 회원에게 60일 이내 소명기회를 부여하며, 소명 내용이 적절하지 않거나 소명자료요청에 불응 시 멤버십 자격이 박탈 혹은 영구적으로 멤버십 재등록이 제한될 수 있습니다. 

  ① 한국라크로스협회 멤버십의 이용규정과 약관을 준수하지 아니하거나 미동의한 경우

② 멤버십서비스 타인 양도/대여 등 부정 사용이 적발된 경우

③ 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 서비스 이용중 폭언/비도덕적 행위 및 멤버십 이용규정을 무시하거나 위반한 경우

  b. In the following cases, the member will be given a 60-day period to provide an explanation. If the explanation is deemed inadequate or if the member fails to provide requested documentation, their membership may be revoked or permanently restricted. 

① If the member fails to comply with or agree to the Korea Lacrosse Association membership regulations and terms.

② If the member is found to have transferred or lent their membership services to others.

③ If the member engages in abusive or unethical behavior, or disregards the membership usage rules while using the Korea Lacrosse Association membership services.

3. 멤버십서비스 이용기준 / Membership Service Usage Standards

 가. 멤버십 서비스는 멤버십 등록 당사자만 이용 가능합니다.

 a. Membership services are available only to the registered member.

 나. 멤버십 서비스의 타인 양도/대여 등 부정 사용 적발 시 즉시 멤버십 자격이 박탈되며 멤버십 서비스 이용을 통해 할인받은 전체 금액이 위약금으로 청구될 수 있습니다.

 b. If the member is found to have transferred or lent their membership services to others, their membership will be immediately revoked, and they may be charged a penalty equivalent to the total amount of discounts received through the membership services.

다. 제휴시설 내부 사정으로 인해 제공되는 서비스 내용의 일부 또는 전체가 변경될 수 있으며, 이용규정은 각 제휴시설의 이용기준을 따릅니다.

 c. The content of services provided may change due to internal circumstances of the affiliated facilities, and the usage rules follow the standards of each affiliated facility. 

4. 멤버십의 종류 / Types of Membership

멤버십은 유스 멤버십, 성인 멤버십으로 구분됩니다.

Membership is divided into Youth Membership and Senior Membership.

가. 유스 멤버십: 가입년도 1월 1일 기준 만 20세 미만의 멤버십 가입을 희망하는 사람들을 위해 만들어진 멤버십 입니다.

a. Youth Membership: Designed for individuals under the age of 20 as of January 1st of the year of membership registration.

나. 성인 멤버십: 만 20세 이상의 멤버십 가입을 희망하는 사람들을 위해 만들어진 멤버십입니다.

b. Senior Membership: Designed for individuals aged 20 and above who wish to register for membership.

5. 멤버십 등록 / Membership Registration

가. 협회 홈페이지 가입 시 멤버십 결제 페이지에서 본인에게 맞는 멤버십을 신청한 이후 멤버십 서비스 비용을 결제한 날짜부터 멤버십 서비스가 시작됩니다.

a. Membership services begin on the date when the membership fee is paid after selecting the appropriate membership type on the payment page during website registration.

나. 홈페이지 가입 시 멤버십 결제를 하지 않은 경우에는 멤버십 페이지에서 멤버십 가입 페이지로 가서 결제하는 경우 멤버십 서비스가 시작됩니다.

b. If the membership fee is not paid during website registration, membership services will begin once the payment is made on the membership registration page.

6. 회비결제 / Membership Fee Payment

가. 한국라크로스협회의 멤버십 서비스 이용 비용은 매년 3월 1일에 갱신되며 만일 멤버십 사용을 원하지 않을 경우 다음 년도의 멤버십 연회비를 지불하지 않으면 멤버십 해지가 됩니다.

 ① 이용 기간이 지난 이후에 멤버십 연회비 결제가 되지 않는 경우, 멤버십 서비스 이용이 중지됩니다.

 ② 서비스 이용 중지된 회원이 이후 결제를 다시 하는 경우 그날부터 멤버십 이용이 가능합니다.

a. The membership fee for the Korea Lacrosse Association’s services is renewed annually on March 1st. If a member does not wish to continue using the membership, they can cancel by not paying the membership fee for the following year.

 ① If the annual membership fee is not paid after the service period ends, membership services will be suspended.

 ② If a suspended member later pays the fee, membership services will resume from that day.

나. 자동으로 매년 멤버십 서비스 이용 비용을 결제하기로 한 경우 한국라크로스협회는 회원에게 결제 내역(결제금액, 결제시기, 결제방법 등)에 대하여 이메일로 고지합니다.

b. If a member opts for automatic annual payment, the Korea Lacrosse Association will notify the member via email about the payment details (amount, date, method).

다. 결제비용은 유스 멤버십 2만5천원, 성인 멤버십 5만원입니다. 해당 년도에 멤버십 가입을 할 경우그 비용은 동일합니다.(Ex, 3월 1일에 결제한 회원과 7월 1일에 결제한 회원의 멤버십 비용 동일)

c. The membership fees are KRW 25,000 for Youth Membership and KRW 50,000 for Senior Membership. The fee remains the same regardless of when during the year the membership is purchased (e.g., members who pay on March 1st and July 1st pay the same fee). 

7. 멤버십 서비스 이용 관련 변경 및 신청 / Changes and Applications Related to Membership Service Usage

가. 멤버십 서비스 이용과 관련한 각종 변경 신청은 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지에서 가능하며 신청 시 다음달 1일부터 적용됩니다.

 a. Any changes related to the use of membership services can be requested through the Korea Lacrosse Association membership page, and the changes will take effect from the 1st of the following month.

 나. 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지를 통해 변경을 신청하지 않아 발생되는 귀책사유는 회원 본인에게 있습니다. 

 b. Members are responsible for any issues arising from failure to request changes through the Korea Lacrosse Association membership page.

8. 멤버십 해지 / Membership Cancellation

가. 부득이한(질병/사고/학업 등) 사유로 멤버십 서비스 이용이 어려울 시 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 이메일을 통해 멤버십 해지 신청이 가능하고, 사유를 증빙할 수 있는 자료가 요청될 수 있습니다.

 a. If a member is unable to use the membership services due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, accident, academic commitments), they may request membership cancellation via the Korea Lacrosse Association membership email, and supporting documents may be required.

나. 멤버십 해지 후 해지 년도 동안에는 멤버십 재등록 제한 기간이 발생될 수 있으며, 해지 사유에 따라 영구적으로 재등록이 제한될 수 있습니다.

 ① 재등록 제한 기간에도 해지 사유에 따라 재등록은 가능하나 해지된 당월의 다음달부터 재등록이 가능하고, 재등록시점부터 잔여 등록제한 기간만큼의 해지금지기간이 발생될 수 있습니다. 

② 해지금지기간은 멤버십 해지가 불가합니다.

③ 멤버십 규정 및 제휴 서비스 이용 기준 미 준수, 명분 없는 컴플레인 등의 사유로 멤버십이 해지/환불되는 경우, 멤버십 자격은 즉시 박탈될 수 있으며 영구적으로 멤버십 등록이 제한될 수 있습니다.

b. After membership cancellation, a re-registration restriction period may apply for the year of cancellation, and re-registration may be permanently restricted depending on the reason for cancellation.

① Re-registration may be possible even during the restriction period, but only from the following month after the cancellation. From the re-registration date, a restriction period equivalent to the remaining restriction period may apply.

② Membership cannot be canceled during the restriction period.

③ If membership is canceled or refunded due to non-compliance with membership regulations or use of affiliated services, the membership may be immediately revoked, and re-registration may be permanently restricted. c. Member information is retained for a certain period after cancellation. If the member wishes to delete their information, it will be automatically deleted after the re-registration restriction period ends.

다. 멤버십 해지 후에도 회원정보는 일정 기간 보관됩니다. 회원정보의 삭제를 원하는 경우 회원 탈퇴 후 재등록 제한기간 종료 시 회원정보는 자동으로 폐기됩니다.

c. Member information is retained for a certain period after cancellation. If the member wishes to delete their information, it will be automatically deleted after the re-registration restriction period ends.

9. 회비 환불 / Membership Fee Refunds

가. 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 서비스는 연 단위 서비스로, 연 회비는 제휴시설 이용 유무와 관계없이 지난 기간은 자동으로 소멸되므로 지난 기간에 대한 회비의 환불은 불가합니다.

 a. The Korea Lacrosse Association’s membership services are provided on an annual basis, and the membership fee is non-refundable for the past period, regardless of the use of affiliated facilities. 

나. 모든 멤버십의 경우 부득이한 사유(질병/사고/학업)가 아닐 경우 환불이 불가합니다.

 b. Refunds are not available for any membership unless it is due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, accident, academic commitments).

다. 부득이한(질병/사고/학업 등) 사유로 멤버십 서비스 이용이 어려울 시 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지 및 이메일을통해 멤버십 해지 신청 및 환불 요청이 가능하고, 사유를 증빙할 수 있는 자료가 요청될 수 있습니다. 아울러 환불시 결제된 회비의 10% 공제 후 환불되며, 환불의 아래 ‘라’항의 환불 기준에 따릅니다.(※ 결제된 회비의 10% 공제는 공정거래위원회의 소비자 분쟁 해결 기준)

 c. In the case of unavoidable circumstances, members can request membership cancellation and a refund via the Korea Lacrosse Association membership page or email, and supporting documents may be required. A 10% deduction will be made from the refunded amount, and the refund will follow the standards outlined in Section 9.d (The 10% deduction is based on the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s standards for consumer dispute resolution). 

라. 환불금 계산 기준

 ① 멤버십 비용 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 해지 및 환불을 요구하는 경우에는 위약금 없이 이용 일수에 해당하는 금액만공제하고 환금합니다.

② 멤버십 비용 결제일로부터 6개월이 되지 않았을 경우에는 멤버십 비용 50%가 환불됩니다.

③ 멤버십 비용 결제일로부터 6개월이 지났을 경우에는 멤버십 비용 25%가 환불됩니다.

④ 환불금 계산은 공정거래위원회 소비자 분쟁 해결 기준에 따릅니다.

d. Refund Calculation Standards 

① If the member requests cancellation and a refund within 7 days of payment, only the amount corresponding to the used days will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded without a penalty.

② If less than 6 months have passed since the payment date, 50% of the membership fee will be refunded.

③ If more than 6 months have passed since the payment date, 25% of the membership fee will be refunded.

④ Refund calculations are based on the Korea Fair Trade Commission’s standards for consumer dispute resolution.

10. 기타 / Miscellaneous

가. 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 서비스는 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 페이지를 통해 이용 및 제공되는 서비스로, 멤버십서비스 이용과 관련한 중요 정보를 한국라크로스협회 멤버십 이메일을 통해 발송합니다.

 a. The Korea Lacrosse Association’s membership services are provided and utilized through the membership page, and important information regarding the use of membership services is sent via email.

이 규정은 2024년 3월 1일부터 적용됩니다.

 These regulations are effective from March 1, 2024.
