This role requires strong leadership and management skills as lacrosse expertise. Therefore, KLA is seeking a strong candidate who is willing to reside in Korea during the work period. - Position: Head coach - Workplace: Korea National Team training site, etc. - Application entry window: 2024.04.08 ~ - Work period: From Head Coach Position Confirmation until the December 31st, 2025 * Head Coach of national team at international competitions during term. * Reappointment is possible through evaluation after the term of office, and may be dismissed mid-term if deemed unsuitable by the KLA’s Technical Committee. - Benefits: Official Recognition Certificate issued by KLA, Airfare for round trip from Korea to tournament venue, Tournament dues paid by KLA, Work related seminars may be supported by KLA - Mandatory requirements: 1) 3+ years of lacrosse coaching experience or participated in lacrosse tournaments 3 or more times 2) 5+ years of lacrosse player experience (School, University, Club, Professional team) * All domestic and international experiences are valid - Preference: Experience at the national level - Main duties: 1) Selection of coaching staff and players, training, administrative work involved. 2) Attend KLA technical committee meetings held twice annually 3) Operate coaching clinics at least twice a year 4) Report team operation status to Technical Committee - Application process: 1.
