1. 대회 정보
• 대회명 : 2026 Women’s Championship Division II
• 일자 : 2026.07.10. ~ 2026.07.18.
• 대회장소 : Wroclaw, Poland
2. 채용 분야 및 근무 형태
• 근무지: 국가대표 훈련지 및 현지 대회 경기 참석 필수
• 모집기간: 2025.12.26. ~ 2026.01.18.
• 계약기간: 기술위원회(이하 기술위) 선발승인일(2026년 2월 중)로부터 대회 종료일(2026년 7월)까지
• 임기 종료 후 기술위 평가를 통해 연임 가능하며 임기 중 기술위 판단 하, 감독으로 부적합하다고 판단될 경우 중도 해임될 수 있음
3. 요구 사항 (Requirements)
• 한국 여자 국가대표팀 선수 선발
※ 기술, 전략, 체력 등 선수 선발 데이터 필수 제출
• 한국 여자 국가대표팀 코칭 및 훈련 프로그램 설계 및 운영
• 선수단의 체력, 기술, 전략, 체력 향상 목표 설정 및 실행
• 국제대회 대비 전략 수립 및 팀 전술 준비
※ 대회 종료 후 성과보고회 필수 참석
※ 합의 후 조정
4. 자격 요건(Qualifications)
• 라크로스 선수 경력 5년 이상, 코치 경력 최소 3년 이상
• 한국 라크로스 발전과 프로그램 제안 및 실행에 열정을 가진 분
• 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 능력이 뛰어난 분
• 여자 국가대표팀(성인 혹은 U20) 선수 또는 코치 경험 우대
• 영어 가능자 우대

Recruitment Notice: Head Coach (Short-Term) – Korea Women’s National Team
The Korea Lacrosse Association (KLA) is dedicated to the sustainable development of lacrosse in Korea and to strengthening its competitiveness on the global stage.
We are seeking a passionate and highly qualified Head Coach to lead the growth of the Korea Women’s National Team and guide the team toward success in international competition.
Through this opportunity, we aim to collaborate with a leader who will help design the future of Korean lacrosse and build a solid foundation for advancement on the world stage.
1. Tournament Information
· Event: 2026 Women’s Championship Division II
· Dates: July 10 – July 18, 2026
· Location: Wroclaw, Poland
2. Position & Employment Terms
· Work Location: National team training venues and on-site attendance at the international tournament is required
· Application Period: December 26, 2025 – January 31, 2026
· Contract Period: From the date of approval by the KLA Technical Committee (expected February 2026) until the conclusion of the tournament (July 2026)
· Renewal & Termination:
o Contract renewal may be considered upon evaluation by the Technical Committee after the end of the term.
o The contract may be terminated prior to the end of the term if the Technical Committee determines the coach to be unsuitable for the position.
3. Responsibilities
· Selection of players for the Korea Women’s National Team
※ Submission of player selection data based on technical skills, tactics, and physical performance is mandatory
· Design and operation of coaching and training programs for the Korea Women’s National Team
· Establishment and implementation of performance goals related to players’ physical conditioning, technical skills, and tactical development
· Development of competition strategies and preparation of team tactics for international tournaments
※ Mandatory attendance at the post-tournament performance review meeting
※ Specific responsibilities may be adjusted upon mutual agreement
4. Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lacrosse player and at least 3 years of coaching experience
· Strong passion for the development of lacrosse in Korea, with the ability to propose and implement development programs
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Experience as a player or coach for a women’s national team (Senior or U20) preferred
· Proficiency in English preferred
